Overall good food and ambience but overcrowded and mismanaged staffs. Some items were not given in the food section (thali) which was mentioned in the menu. Need more hospitality and overall food is good but if you compare with Oh Calcutta or 6 Ballygunj no comparison at all.

I was in Kolkata for first time and had Kolkata biryani forst time. I must say it was the best biryani I had ever had. The staff and ambience were all excellent. Will definitely visit same place when I will go to Kolkata again.
